Our Company

After the Department of Buildings began to enforce the construction superintendent code (1 RCNY § 3301-02), we saw a need to fill the void for competent, reliable and experienced construction superintendents. With decades of construction experience, all our construction superintendents are fully licensed by the Dept. of Buildings.

Along with their construction superintendent license, many of our superintendents also have numerous other qualifications, including OSHA certifications, which allows them to more effectively do their job on your site. Our construction superintendents also have FDNY certificates of fitness.

With a range of backgrounds, varying from construction managers, general contractors, project managers, and safety officers, our crew will see to all the construction superintendent needs.
